Yes I hate MSVC this much.  If someone hates their life more than me, 
MFC support involves a small patch to MinGW, and figuring out the magic 
combination of #defines to make it work.  Yeah there is the fact that 
MFC 4.2 wont build with a standard C compiler... so we might have to 
get greative.
