Is it actively discouraged? I mean with Zack cutting his hair nothing can be 
taken for granted anymore. A clear policy should probably be drafted so that 
new contributors don't have to worry about embarrassingly showing up clean 
shaven at aKademy when everone else wears the proper and alwyas fashionable 
Kalle-chin.
