Another batch of cleanup to support kdelibs 3.2 compilation.
It's not here yet, but it's coming. 
The important dropin stubs should be in place now.
Still missing are the patches to kdelibs khtml_part.cpp and friends.
The patches for khtml are now in a separate directory, and 
prepare_kde_src tries to adapt to the flavour of kdelibs it is fed.
