-Significant modifications to the generation of HTML.  The code to generate the HTML \
has been simplified and reorganized.    Also, the resulting HTML is more efficient, \
especially for an HTML file with multiple recipes.  CSS classes are used to group all \
                properties together, instead of repeatedly specifying them for each \
                element.
-Don't save an image in the database if it is null.  This saves diskspace and speeds \
up importing by nearly 40 percent.

Buxfixes:
 -Don't show categories or authors DIV if none exist
 -Refix element overlap in the HTML.  I believe this had been undone by a commit to \
                fix calculating element heights...   
 -Properly clean up html files and images that include the '/' character in the \
                recipe title
 -Ensure that all recipes are shown when there is no search filter string
