-The "Save As" action now will save all the recipes visible when no recipes are \
selected.  In particular, this allows an easy export of an entire database.

-Meal-Master export:
   -Format numbers without locale info
   -If a unit abbreviation can't be found, append the unit to the ingredient name \
                (instead of leaving it out altogether)
   -Don't append ";" to an ingredient name if there is no prep method
   -set to the right group in the config file before getting the number format

-Remove the "Open" action as it doesn't do anything -- we're getting ready for a \
stable, public release :)
