Patch by Wilfried Huss: Highlight focussed text input widgets (all sort of lineedits,
combobos, spins).
Modified by me:
- Made the highlight effect slightly more subtle (don't highlight the contour) so it
  looks a bit more consistent between line edits and combos.
- Added config file switch "inputFocusHighlight" to disable the effect if you like. I
  don't think a config dialog entry is necessary, though.
