namespace KCal {
  namespace Event {
    class Yadda;  // forward decl. KCal::Event::Yadda
  }
}

should work in general. However, I'm not sure about the ConstIterator in this 
case since List is a class and not a namespace; is it possible to forward 
declare class members without the class itself? I don't think so...
