CVS commit by faure: 

Extracted the code from agulbra-make-member that finds out the current method, class and namespace,
and the code that makes it ready for the .cpp (no virtual etc.)
into two separate functions, to share the code with switch-to-function-def.

This fixes switch-to-function-def not working with namespaces.
