-Added a configuration option to change the format of how ingredients are displayed.  \
This is added to the "Numbers" setting tab, which has been renamed to "Formatting".  \
I personally prefer saying, for example, '1 cup sugar' instead of the default (sugar: \
1 cup), and so I figure there must be others out there who have their own preference \
as well ;)

-The Meal-Master importer now ignores anything between the start indicator and the \
end indicator of a recipe, instead of simply reporting an error.  Some recipe \
programs export with extra info at the beginning of an exported file and this will \
allow Krecipes to import those.

-Fix a format issue in the RecipeInputDialog.  I commented out the \
tabWidget->setAutoMask line and apparently this fixes the formatting issues that \
occur using Qt 3.3.x.  I'm not clear on the reasoning for turning on the auto mask, \
so feel free to correct me on this.
