CVS commit by wildfox: 

the ecma/ subdir also uses the automatic constant generating
stuff -> new file EcmaConstants.h appeared

Next on my todo list: macros for constructors - then the ecma
framework should be roughly finished ("just" adding ecma bindings
to all kdom classes is missing then)
