Long-forgotten patch by Rand2342 <rand2342@yahoo.com> which improves considerably
the babelfish plugin. Coolo forwarded to kfm-devel but nobody picked it up there :(

This patch allows the konqueror babelfish plugin to use other
translation sites than babelfish, like http://www.freetranslation.com/web.htm
- Submenus ("English to", "French to", ...)
- Added language pairs: Dutch->English, Dutch->French, English->Arabic,
English->Dutch, English->Norwegian, English->Russian, English->Thai,
English->Trad. Chinese, French->Dutch, French->Italian,
French->Portuguese, French->Spanish, Italian->French,
Portuguese->French, Spanish->French and Trad. Chinese->English
- Added support for almisbar, freetranslation.com, parsit, reverso,
  tsail and voila engines
- Set preferred translation engine in a configuration file
  (share/config/translaterc)
