-Importing USDA nutrient data from the wizard is now enabled.  To get this ready, a \
progress dialog was added to the import process and some bugs were fixed.  The \
process is rather lengthy (especially with SQLite) and I believe eventually we can \
                get the speed up.
-Fixed a line in the abbrev.txt file that wouldn't import correctly.  I don't know if \
                I did this or if it came this way...
-In the HTML exporter, calculating the height a recipe uses was off due to a recent \
                commit;  Also, decrease the spacing between recipes a bit.
-Delete 'database' in the KrecipesView destructor, which in turn closes the database \
                when closing the app
-We can make the RecipeDB destructor public since it is virtual and the correct \
subclass's destructor will be called
