-Though the code has been there, there is now some interface to the \
importUSDADatabase() function.  The user is given the option to load this data during \
the setup wizard.  What this import function does is it imports only the more common \
foods (400+) and then some 43 nutrients for each food.  The UI isn't quite complete \
                and so is disabled for now.
-Have all recipes checked by default in the import dialog.
-The default ingredient prep method should have been -1 (null), not 1, while \
                importing.
-Ignore empty lines in abbrev.txt.
-Pass -1 as the recipeID parameter to the RecipeViewDialog at startup so no recipe is \
needlessly loaded.
