Does this mean we're now incompatible with protocol <19? Not that that would 
be a bad thing, but remember to update the minimum protocol version in 
donkeyprotocol.h if so. I'm actually considering requiring version 25 for the 
0.10 release, so we can get rid of the distinction between local and remote 
hosts (v25 can stream incomplete files over HTTP).
