The big new feature here is preparation method support.  When entering an ingredient, \
a preparation method ( i.e. diced, shredded, optional ) can be included.  Some \
benefits to this are that ingredients prepared in different ways are represented as \
the same thing such as when calculating nutrient data and when making a shopping \
list.

Also, the maximum length of the authors and categories have been expanded from 20 \
characters to 40.

Bugfixes:
 -Properly detect when an SQLite database doesn't exist and set up the db using \
litestructure.sql (the command 'database->open(dbFile)' was always returning true, \
                even when the database didn't exist, because this command will create \
                an empty file)
 -Set focus to the ingredient combobox instead of the amount edit after adding an \
                ingredient
 -In the MXP importer, the first ingredient is skipped on file with a blank line \
                after the categories field
 -Correctly handle images in HTML when the recipe title contains a '/' or '\'
 -Don't complain about not having write permissions to write the layout file when we \
do (It always thought it didn't have permission whenever saving to a file that didn't \
already exist)

GUI/Usability:
 -Use a KPopupMenu and give it a title in the popup menu for setting the \
                configurations of page layout items
 -When scaling an image in the 'page setup'/HTML, use the ScaleMode that will use all \
                the alloted width.
 -Improve resizing in the dialog to select authors
 -Don't load a recipe if recipeID=-1 is given to RecipeViewDialog.  This prevents a \
                recipe from needlessly being loaded when the app is starting up.
 -Fix some typographical errors

Internal:
 -Small internal change: the database backend createTable() function allows a \
particular table multiple database commands
