Several major changes to the layout dialog:

  -I've added the ability to load and save layouts (using an XML file format)
   It uses the shipped default.klo (klo: Krecipes Layout) file, not surprisingly 
   as a default.
   
   Got a creative or favorite layout you like to use?  Send us the layout file
   and we might include it with Krecipes ;)
 
  -Layout dialog can now "snap to grid".  For now the "snap" setting is 1 pixel
   in both the x and y directions, but the ability is now there to change it.

  -Change the way of displaying whether or not an element will be shown.  This was
   done using setEnabled() on the widget, but this has the consequence of being
   unable to do anything to the widget once it was disabled (It would ignore all
   mouse clicks).  For now, it will be shown normally in order to fix this bug,
   which inhibits usability.
