Support for writing configuration.

After a long fight with KProcIO (::Block and writeStdin don't go together),
Marc pointed out a much simpler solution: KTempFile + KProcess::setUseShell(true).

gpgconf_escape is probably wrong. But I'll wait for gpgconf to be fixed first,
it's hard to test the code when the backend is buggy :)
