procmail has to escape "\nFrom" if it delivers to an mbox file. So I 
doubt that it's procmail that behaves differently. Much more likely the 
difference is that Chris' POP server does handle the "\n>From" 
correctly while the POP server that David uses seems to have problems 
with this.
