The problem is that the KDE side already does that, but gpgme defaults 
to sizeof(off_t) == 4. Since off_t appears as a parameter in C-style 
callbacks, crashed are inevitable (or malfunction due to uninit'ed data 
the the "other" 4 bytes).

Sorry if I haven't made this clear: the CFLAGS is for _gpgme's_ 
configure.
