Okay, i just didn't want to go against any policy we have in KDE.  I have 
actually started converting the makekdewidgets to c++ and it is remarkably 
simpler because KDesktopFile and KMacroExpander.  Ideally ill have something 
in nonbeta tonight we can kick around.  I only do this because I see a need 
for this in a few other places to make building widget plug ins easier in 
KDevelop.
