CVS commit by hausmann: 

- use KParts::GenericFactory. Also changed instance name of the part to
  'kompare' ,as that's where the translations come from, so no manual
   insertCatalogue call needed anymore. Side-effect is that komparepartui.rc
   is now installed into $(kde_datadir)/kompare instead of komparepart
   (which was only holding that one file anyway :)
