Yeah, I am very, very sorry for this. I wasn't aware that mails are sent 
before the actual commit. And if mails are sent, I was sure that only one per 
command is sent as described in http://kde.mcamen.de/statistics.html

mmh, yeah... one needs to be careful with cvs import as you can overwrite 
stuff... so I wanted to go the secure way... which wasn't as secure as I 
thought...
