It is, but we're beyond regular bug fixes at the moment and can only fix
real showstoppers that make KDE 3.2 unusable.

Check the cvsrevertlast script from kdesdk/scripts.

I don't think it's truly necessary in this case, as I don't see how updating
a deprecated API call will cause a regression or risk the release. Of course
the release dude has the final say in this, but I wouldn't lose sleep over
this particular commit.
