more kicker transparency fixes

- introduce ContainerArea::completeBackgroundPixmap()
This behaves the same as paletteBackgroundPixmap but the pixmap has the same 
size as the widget guaranteed.
- replace complicated background code in panelbuttonbase.cpp with a simpler
variant analogue to the applets. (Fixes a startup crash)
