CVS commit by rdale: 


* Improved nil argument matching, and nil can match any type now
  not just classes. Translated the code from the Qt.pm in PerlQt,
  after discussion on the kde-perl list.
* Fixed bug in rbuic where a C++ 'QString::null' was "" in ruby, and
  should have been a nil.
