'make force-reedit' in those dirs does the trick as well. Although I agree 
that it would be nice if the build system detects this properly I really 
wonder if doing dummy changes to Makefile.am is the proper way to go.

It's 'kopete-devel@kde.org', lists.kde.org is an alias for the mailing list 
archives and is certainly not the KDE mail server. But since the bugzilla 
mail went there too it's not necessary to CC the list separately anyway.
