What in the *%#( are you doing?  These are what enable required usability with 
only the keyboard and no mouse.  I spent a lot of time adding accelerators in 
a manner that they were unique and as consistant as possible.  You ripping 
them out without any prior notice with an incomplete reasoning is not very 
kind...
