CVS commit by metz: 

- Automatically query peers for (ICQ) away message if contact changes to an away \
status. Exception so far is on login, we will get an 'rate exceeded' otherwise (TODO: \
                Add queues for SNAC classes).
- Only send Type-2 IMs (currently only away msg query) to clients that support it (we \
currently assume that all clients send a sane list of capabilities, no workarounds \
                for broken clients).
- Show Away message in tooltip, thanks for gregj pointing out what that description \
in setOnlineStatus is used for :)
