CVS commit by raabe: 

- Removed the Factory bit altogether. Turned out it's not terribly useful in
  client code (and in the rare situations where it is, it's very easy to mimic
  this behaviour in the client code, and not using this annoying abstraction in
  librss), and it means we had to use QPtrList (or a QValueList<Article *>) for
  the Document::articles() method, and both open a whole new can of ownership
  worms >;-(.
  I can imagine this broke dcoprss for a bit, will test that now.
