This still does not work properly with unsermake but this time I suspect 
unsermake is to blame.

The problems seems that unsermake does not enter the directory before building 
it so eg. when making in kdegames 
kdegames/settings.cpp 
is created instead of 
kdegames/kasteroids/settings.cpp.
But when I do make in kdegames/kasteroids it gets created ok and compiles.

This happens in: 
./kasteroids/settings.cpp: No such file or directory
./ktron/settings.cpp: No such file or directory
./kcalc/kcalc_settings.cpp: No such file or directory
./kgpg/kgpgsettings.cpp: No such file or directory

This has another point to it... I cannot compile kdebase/kcontrol/input/
mouse.cpp because it includes "themepage.h" but does not get proper -I 
options.
"cd kdebase/kcontrol/input && make" does work OK
