KAutoConfigDialog binds a UI to settings but it doesn't generate the UI 
itself.

Whether to generate accessors or not is probably best defined in the .kcfgc 
file. There is currently Mutators=(true|false) and I will probably expand 
that to allow to specify a list of entries for which Mutators should be 
generated.

I'm not sure if there is a case where you would not want certain accessors. 
Wouldn't that basically mean that you just don't use that entry?
