apidox cleanups in kdecore. Mostly simple errors that should
have been caught by running "make apidox" before committing the code.

This doesn't clean up every error - the autogen'd stuff from DCOP
causes warnings, which is probably a flaw in Doxygen. Also, there is some
stuff in KSocket that I'm not comfortable getting on my hands, and I 
can't find the destructor for KProtocolInfo declared anywhere.
