   That is the plan...  Actually more ideal would be to fix the compiler.

   I have several dozen patches here that need to go in somewhere and I'm 
doing it the most efficient way I can to get through them all.

   KDE 3.1.3 works almost perfectly on AIX.  Hopefully I'll have some packages 
to upload this week or next.  I've started into HEAD now.  Installing all 
kinds of external packages is just a huge pain.  ARTS_1_1_BRANCH is what I'm 
working with for AIX KDE-HEAD.
