CVS commit by mkretz: 

- Another interface change: change the QPtrList<Plugin> to
  QValueList<Plugin*>. Adjusted all code to use that instead.
- In the Plugin dtor delete the part (if the plugin goes the part needs
  to go as well)
- fix plugin loading/unloading: unloadPlugins now deletes only the
  disabled plugins and leaves the still active ones in while loadPlugins
  only adds plugins that are not present yet.
  Note there's a small bug now with the new loaded parts appearing at
  the bottom of the list - the weight is not honored.
