OK, I need you to find out why the apply button is disabled when you open the 
style module in KControl. Use gdb to break in the ProxyWidget ctor. In line 
224 the apply button is enabled if client->changed() == true which should be 
the case for the style module.
If it does not get enabled at this point ProxyWidet::clientChanged(bool) 
should be called at the first setChanged(true) call of the KCM.
