I'd do that for starters (merge sid/vimpart stuff).

Btw, you may wish to revert that commit for kfile_po.so in kdesdk - I'll
be shipping it with kbabel, not kdesdk-kfile-plugins, when we eventually
upload KDE 3.2 to sid (for the reasons given by the kbabel people), and
so reverting it now will help avoid upgrade problems from whatever
unofficial packages people happen to offer in the meantime.
