* Added a programs:/ kioslave, which is essentially the same thing as settings:/
Plan on enhancing programs:/ to have a "Favorite Applications" feature, which is
the default view.  User can place applications in the "Favorite Applications"
folder, or I can key off of Kicker's most-recently-used list.  The basic directory
structure will then become:

	programs:/
		Favorite Application #1
		Favorite Application #2
		... #n
		All Programs/
			(K Menu Programs here)

  M +1 -1      Makefile.am   1.2
  M +59 -15    kio_settings.cc   1.3
