CVS commit by aseigo: 

add a basic kicker wallpaper that colorizes nicely, used as default, and
called default.png for easy replacement by <insert whomever>

please try this out and let me know what you think (esp you artists =)
i've tried it with various colour schemes, etc and it looks a lot nicer
than the admittedly plain kicker we usually ship with without going over
the top
