Do you guys realize that you'll break the compatibility ui-wise with KDE 2.x 
and KDE 3.x if you disable/remove those styles ? Even if they are 
unmaintained that doesn't mean they need to be removed completely. I would 
vote for removing that for KDE 4 when we can easily say we'll break things on 
intention, otherwise leave those things as they are.

Another option though is to move them to kdeartwork, which will ensure 
compatibility if kdeartwork is installed, the move will remove the bloat from 
kdelibs and it makes kde stay compatible.
