A vote of whom?  Under what policy?  On what grounds?  Pro-americanism?

As for votes, I took a vote of Kaboodle maintainers, and I won 1-0. 
Likewise for the other three apps.

If you're going to apply policy and have any shred of credibility, do so 
consistently.  Otherwise KDE is just making itself out to be lawless and 
anti-American.
