CVS commit by mklingens: 

- remove the unused passwordChanged() signal in preparation of using
  KWallet
- Centralize the Kconfig group name in KopeteAccount::configGroup()
- Actually _store_ the password after you type it in the dialog
  (the config was never synced!)
- Some small code style fixups
