Complete rewrite of the calendaring code to add support for holidays and weekly \
readings. Note that I heavily modified the code I borrowed for this (and don't really \
know what I'm doing!) so there is probably a lot of room for improvement and \
efficiency. It seems to work fine, though.

The vertical alignment of the QString displayed by the plugin seems a little off -- \
not sure if that's my fault or KOrganizer's.

Now that I have reasonably well-behaving C++ code, I'll take a shot at making the \
Jewish kcalendarsystem work.
