Remove importer, since everyone agreed that it's useless now Kopete supports
serverside contact lists for MSN and ICQ since 0.6 already.

If someone wants to retrieve what used to be HEAD, I tagged the HEAD before
removal.

    cvs up -rimporter_final

should do.
