A more agressive change to handle size-constrained widgets in HTML forms better:
if a small combo is too much smaller than the sizeHint, drop the ripple, and use tighter
margins. Kind of agressive, and needs testing. If anyone knows of webpages where this does/doesn't help,
or sees any breakage, please let me know.
