Ah, and have say europe@kde.org, africa@kde.org, america@kde.org etc and have 
that set to the person that is currently the contact?

Sounds like a good idea to me, could even be extended to the countries e.g. 
germany@kde.org. Any sysadmins like to implement this? :)
