In other words, Unknown is more important than Offline, since with an Unknown 
contact (like SMS) you at least have a chance to reach the person whereas 
with an Offline contact you only have that with ICQ and Yahoo, which support 
offline messages.

I think your commit is wrong and the original was correct...
