What about changing the Yes/No buttons to "Create" / "Skip" buttons? 

In addition, you may want to rephrase the question in a more neutral yes/no 
tone:

"KMail has not found groupware folders. Without groupware folders KMail's 
groupware functionality will be disabled. Do you want KMail to create 
groupware folders?"

This presents the user more clearly with the problem, the impact and the 
choice.
