Yes. For unsermake it's basically:
bin_PROGRAMS = kxkb
KDEINIT = kxkb

this will do the rest for you. But that of course leaves the automake
users without KLM - the question is: do we still need them (before you
answer - consider writing am_edit code if you say yes :)? prelink
works pretty good for me.
