Actually these files are autogenerated.
After all, I am not sure whether this (my) nfs ioslave is actually useful in 
any way. I was able to use it at the time I wrote it, but only as root :-/
Otherwise the rpc-mount-call failed, I guess the authorisation record which is 
generated otherwise contains a user id which isn't enough for it. Maybe this 
could be tweaked to always contains the root user id, but I guess 
security-wise this could be problematic...
I also never got any bug reports about it (what probably means it didn't work 
at all for anybody who tried it)
