Feels like people are trying to bust my balls, and I'm not sure why ;-) Most of the license you posted doesn't apply to what I ported - the things I ported are only based on fx.c and effects.c, both of which have very BSD-like free licenses and quite are suitable to use as reference when writing KDE library code.
